Don Chavez Creams Media in Erin Andrews Peephole Video Drama

For those of you looking for the best coverage of the Erin Andrews Peephole saga on the series of tubes, it should come to no surprise that my man Donnie C is all over the story and creaming the mainstream outlets.

Don Chavez blasts through the several implausible media narratives and exposes that ESPN was the initial one that confirmed the grainy video was actually Erin Andrews. Don Chavez is even trying to track down the ass wipe perv that loaded the vid on the internet.
I highly recommend bookmarking donchavez.com or subscribing to his RSS because it is the dog days of sports and this story is not going away for awhile.

Donnie C has a long illustrious list of poon sleuthing web achievements so he is well immersed in pounding the internet for scoops. The EA story is in good hands and I am sure DC will be in full throttle mode until he tracks the peeping perv and/or the crime scene hotie room down.

Oh DC, you are welcome for my full Mac G slobbering endorsement of your work.

Please No More "Dog Offs!"

I hope everyone enjoyed their long holiday weekend by getting blitzed and partaking in some good grilled grub.

My 4th weekend kicked off by watching the Nathan's Coney Island hot dog contest on ESPN and the "dog off" ending almost sent me to the porcelain goddess like a knocked up female in the AM.
To me, this mustard belt contest appears to have run its course in our pop culture more so than ESPN's over televised poker/degenerate gambling tournaments.

Remind me how is this entertaining?

Last year, I was all pumped Joey Chestnut took the title back to America but this Independence Day, the whole novelty aspect of these eating contests has completely worn off and I am just sicken by the whole spectacle in gluttony. And I LOVE dogs too and usually can not attend a baseball game without downing a bratwurst layered in all the usual ballpark fixings.

I see no rationale argument how a contest of slamming 60plus hot dogs down your throat in 10 minutes should be televised on the premier all sports channel in the year 2008. I highly doubt there is a constituency demanding for it either and ESPN's infatuation with these disgusting "competitive eaters" just seems to be one big subtle grotesque joke on overweight obese America.

Maybe I am the only one that sees the hyped up coverage of this food competition as more of an embarrassment than something to be proud of on our nation's hallowed birthday.

Overall, my weekend was simple, got drunk, watched fireworks, yelled "America F yeah" at every opportunity, drank more, ate mad Maryland steamed crabs at a buddy's 2nd annual crab bake off, got drunk even more until passing out fully clothed on the couch, twice.

I literally spent my whole Sunday glued to the epic Nadal/Federer tennis match(this historic battle needs its own post) and guzzling Gatorade in the futile quest for hydration.

Basically, our founding fathers would be proud of this American.

I never thought I would ever hear the words "Dog Off" in my lifetime.

Pretty Boy Bam Bam

I was tipped off to this 5 year boxing prodigy, Pretty Boy Bam Bam over the weekend and I had to share his amazing skills. His boxing video became a Youtube sensation and earned him this recent spot on ESPN.

Here is the Youtube video with over a million views.

Another video of Pretty Boy Bam Bam.

Here is more of his interview on ESPN.

Pretty Boy Bam Bam has a website and in addition to his mad sweet science talent, he is an aspiring actor/model.

She Wears Tight Pants

A spy at the Georgetown/Louisville game on Saturday night sent me this picture via text message. Although it is blurry, those tight pants still do the trick and needed to be posted. I know this blog is turning into an Erin Andrews fashion exhibit but I have yet to hear any complaints.

God save us all from Andrew's Spandex. Happy Munday!

Football is Paradise Part 1(Long)

The Summer was a very long one for sports fans. The headlines were dominated by dismal stories of dog fighting, NFL player suspensions and a crooked NBA ref scandal. Baseball's climatic moment, Barry Bonds breaking Henry Aaron's Home Run record, was marred by the media's constant pounding of the steroid storyline of his accomplishment.

Even Arod's monster 07 season seems diminished due to the fact his own fickle Yankee fans spent the off season solely blaming him for their recent playoff futility and even openly booed him at every chance late last season. The Yanks struggled out of the gate and ESPN's typical Yankee/Sox intoxicating coverage seemed more out of place than usual for your average baseball fan.

To make matters worse, Sports fans suffered through ESPN's putrid month long "Who's Now?" segment on Sportscenter. LT or Tiger? Who Cares? Is this a sports channel or VH1? I actually have switched over to ESPN news for my sports highlight needs and they are far more reliable than Sportscenter anymore. Sad but true days for the good Ole Big show that I grew up on.

I love baseball but if your favorite team is out of contention, of course my Orioles always are, the dog days of summer can seem longer than Tommy Lee's G unit. That could be what the MTV VA fight was all about.

Preseason NFL games and the opening of college practices start to satisfy your football taste buds. Both of those, particularly the NFL preseason, reminds me of the feeling you get when you leave a gentlemans club. Sunshine, who winked at you all night, was being dishonest about you being her only special friend.

Your wallet is much lighter and this wicked case of blue balls now overcomes your body. This cheap feeling is how preseason football leaves me, highly teased but never truly satisfied.

This shallow brief arousal finally ended with this past stellar sports weekend. Second Week of College Football on Saturday and Opening Day of NFL on Saturday.

Throw in the US Open tennis Final, a Brazil/USA soccer match at Soldier Field and another Tiger domination of a final round of golf and it was like all the summer futility never took place. One of the best sports viewing weekends of the year so far.

I watched at least over 25 hours of football over the past 3 days. I have 3 TVs going, all the packages from Direct TV and a no commercials allowed rule with a quick trigger finger. People think I am nuts, YES, sir, may I have another!

Aside from my obvious contributions to bottle recycling and liver decay, I feel like giving back to my 8 readers by recapping my thoughts here on Mac Gs World every week about the games I viewed.

I will try my combination of couch potato humor, drunken kill the coach crazy fandom and buck fifty worth analyst skills. Feel Free to rip on me all you want, I encourage it.

Week 2 of College football contained some of the same story angles of Week 1.

  • Michigan and Notre Dame both still suck. OU/LSU looked fast, hungry and dominant.
  • Michigan Head Coach Lloyd Carr post game quotes sounded like a defeated man. 4 games ago, Carr's undefeated team was playing Ohio State for a spot in the BCS title game and now he is dead man walking in Ann Arbor with his coaching career pretty much over. Crazy how quickly things can change. "Boy that Escalated quickly!"
  • My Hawkeyes Crushed the Cuse 35-0 and my home state Huskers escaped Wake Forrest with a W. I would go in to further detail but I will save those comments for Hawkeye/Husker blogs and message boards.
  • I love watching West Virginia play and their lethal spread offense. More teams should copycat their style and raid Rich Rodriguez's coaching staff. Slaton/White is the best 1/2 running punch in America and the new true frosh RB is legit. The question mark is whether they are able to stop anyone on defense.
  • Washington Huskies are 2-0. Hey, Golden Domer fans, Ty Willingham might not be such a bad coach after all. Fat Chuck Weis is now 0-2 with starting QBs not with Brady in their name. Coincidence? Jimmy Clausen, welcome to Major D1 football and this is not small school California High School ball anymore.
  • Does Hawaii QB Colt Brennan play real football or his own video game version? His weekly stats are SICK!
  • The Big Ten is going VERY slow out of the gate as the Suckeyes had 3-2 lead for WAY too long over Akron.
  • SEC appears its usual force but had a few slip ups with Auburn and UGA upset losses. I am sucker for a Southern Poon Bell. Ring a Ding, Ding!
  • Pac 10 will be its typical overrated self. Aside from USC, name me one Pact 10 school that has won a major BCS bowl in the past 5 years? I think Cal maybe won a Holiday bowl but I could be wrong.
  • The Big East could be better than the ACC.
  • The most entertaining game I witnessed was the Fresno St/Texas A&M, triple OT thriller. Fresno has a squad this season and A&Ms defense looks VERY shaky.
  • Miami/Florida St have still lost their edge as premier programs and both of their offenses look very pedestrian. Bobby Bowden's time is up. I am convinced that Paterno and Bowden are both destined to coach until the other one croaks.
  • ESPN College Gameday Crew still brings their A game every week and continually prove to be one of the few things right about the 4 Letter. A blog giving Props to ESPN? STOP THE TUBES! My Boy Tree Rat provided me with his pix from Baton Rouge and Blacksburg.
I will write my NFL recap on a new post. I still love Poon POON, and more Poon!

Erin Andrews responds, BITCH! Its on, MEOW!

Mac G is bombed and over served, watching the 4 letter. I see a promo of Erin Andrews, looking smoking with some lil leagures.

I remember seeing on Sportsbybrooks and the Big Picture about Awfulannouncings report about a new sideline hottie from ESPN.

Mister Irrelevant got in on the action. The blog commenters on this new development almost had me in tears! The cat fight was on! MEOW!

Sophie Simone Cortina is sizzling with latina mamacita. She is multi lingual, an ex championship caliber tennis player, takes mad yoga and is crazy smart.

It turns out Sophie was interviewing parents in the stands and Erin conducted a mini post game show from her own set up on a hill behind center field.

I am jealous of these little 12 year old punks!

I witnessed Sophie on the sideline and her hair was way too short. I could not get a good look at any cleavage or a full body shot. Erin blew her away. Erin 1, Sophie 0. However, I think there is potential for Sophie to come back.

How many more hits will my blog now get since I have tagged Erin Andrews and Sophie Simone Cortina!

The more sideline candy the better. 2 weeks until Fantasy and Football!

Jon Lovitz is not a fan of Hercules Selig

I apologize to all of my readers but Mac G needs to get whatever tech device that can download what I watch on my TV immediately to Youtube. If anyone has any suggestions, please help.

I am watching Bonds/Dodgers game on ESPN because I am trying to see how many live Bonds ABs I can observe without him actually homering. I think I am at 40 and counting over the past two weeks.

During the game, Chris Berman introduces an Erin Andrews interview of a Hollywood Star and immediately I wonder if Jon Lovitz is at the game for some friendly banter.

BINGO Baby! Erin found Lovitz in the crowd and he had PLENTY to say. I guess he is a big Giants fan and just went OFF on Bud Hercules Selig. He remarked that a player had told him 7 years ago that 40 percent of the players were on roids. Lovitz sarcastically questioned if he knew this 7 years ago, how could Bud not know this? He had some choice words for the incompetence/ ignorance of Selig too. Lovitz might be my new hero after reading that he pounded annoying Andy Dick's head into a bar a few weeks ago. BRAVO Lovitz!

After Lovitz's rant, hottie Andrews ended the interview by plainly saying, "I have no more questions to ask." Berman and Morgan had no real reply either, with Berman stammering, "well there is another opinion." Both were saved by a In-Studio game update and they changed the topic when they returned. Coincidence? Or some ESPN producer in the truck throwing them a life preserver? I will try to find this video ASAP!

Selig just had a bizarre press conference
where he talked about his Herculean effort to attending all of these recent Bonds games. Selig did not attend the game tonight, however, he will able to overcome that charter flight tomorrow to sunny San Diego and endure a seat in a club level box. This is just how Hercules would defeat life's obstacles, head on in a luxury suite!

The only the boos that I heard during the whole Hall of Fame induction weekend were showered LOUDLY after the introduction of the Baseball Commissioner. I am sure they were just unhappy with the financing plans they received from Selig's Car Lots.

UPDATE: Bugs and Crank weighs in with a partial transcript of the interview
SAYHEY blog was impressed by Lovitz's candor

"That's GOLD, Jerry! GOLD!"

Who wants to talk about Lebron's Cape or Kobes' Bib, when you can unveil another angle to the Stray-Rod tabloid stripper frenzy storyline? As Cosmo Kramer would scream, "Giddy UP!"

It has been brought to Mac Gs World's attention that the blue jeans Stray-Rod is wearing in the infamous NYPost cover story picture are the brand True Religion. Since I do not live in LA or NYC and feel spending a day's pay on simple blue jeans is a little too exorbitant for my taste, I was unaware of this high priced apparel company. Not Anymore.

Axlerod' is photographed wearing a pair of True Religion (TRLG) jeans and the stock explodes 20%. You think it’s the first time he’s worn the jeans?

True Religion Apparel, Inc. stock is up 4.6 points (30%) ever since the Stray-Rod NY Post story broke on Wednesday morning. Analysts did upgrade the stock's earnings forecast that same morning, which is why the stock increased on Wednesday. However, the stock has continued to rise each day and even CNBC had a segment on Stray-Rod's jeans, zooming in on the True Religion brand.

MGsW concludes that everything Stray-Rod touches turns indirectly into GOLD. Both the Mariners and Rangers had tremendously successful seasons after trading ARod. The Red Sox won their first title in a BAZILLION years after a pinstriped Stray-Rod bitch slapped Bronson Arroyo. Now, Stray-Rod has made several parties mad loot with this week's stripper incident. He is a marketing genius.

Winners Include:
  • True Religion- $4.60 times # of shares= Sick profit's(and rising!) for Shareholders
  • Jocelyn Noel Morse- Her rates for private dances have at least tripled. What rich guy would not want Stray-Rod's leftovers? This does not count the $ Stray-Rod has already stuffed in her G string.
  • Scores Vegas and Manhattan Strip Clubs- Scores does not need any more notoriety or money but Stray-Rod's "hobby" has done just that.(No comment on the number of "Scores" and "Strippers" and "clubs" Google searches MGsW has made today.)
  • NY Media Outlets- I have personally been to NYPost's website more times this week than in the past year combined. The Tabloid War is ON in New York and thus, correlates to higher web traffic/ sales/ad revenue.
  • ESPN, Yanks/Red Sox- Is it really possible for this exhausting rivalry to get any MORE coverage? Unfortunately, Yes. ESPN has an angle to promote over the Yanks actual dismal 22-29 record. ESPN has been all over Stray-Rod's likeness for strippers.
Losers:
  • Cynthia Rodriguez and daughter, Natasha
