Memo To Fox Sports

My estimation is that the largest demographic group watching last night's Fiesta Bowl between Texas and Ohio State would be adult males. So why in the world would the TV producers at Fox continually shove shots of the Texas band down our throats instead of focusing on the ample UT cheer poon in assless chaps? Only Jim Tressel not running QB Pryor on two 2-point tries was engaging in more of a moronic thought process.
My advice to TV truck guys is free and easy.
Less:
More:

The even more infuriating production decision was the absolute tease job of Colt McCoy's bombshell girlfriend, Rachel Glandorf. The TV cameras wisely found the hottie Rachel sitting with her beau's parents late in the first but inexplicably, never really featured her again.
Maybe they were frustrated like I was of the dude blocking her view which prevented a full body peek. The likely possible explanation could have been the ginger kid to the left of Rachel, Colt's brother, scared the living crap out of the camera man. I did a triple take to make sure I was not watching a scene from Joe Dirt. (If I want to be really mean, or the show, Life Goes On.)
This is why blogs are necessary to fill in the gaps that Fox Sports dug and god bless, the Google. It turns out Rachel is full on Baylor Bears poon and a wannabee Erin Andrews.

TV Tan Line hooks up the Fiesta Bowl pictures.

War Chizik? War Hawkeye State
Auburn fans are pissed Gene Chizik was selected over my man, former Husker great, current Buffalo coach Turner Gill. Iowa State fans are happy to cut an overwhelmed Chizik loose from their lowly program and this guy brings out the knife to Chizik's Cyclown tenure in Lames USA.
Hey Cyclown AD, Jamie Pollard, let me give you a few tips. Iowa will forever be the Hawkeye State, know your place in the pecking order and do not mess with karma by forcing Hawkeye fans to buy Iowa State season tickets so they can watch the Hawks at your crap stadium.
I am not fooled by your crocodile tears either and stop lying about other school's wanting to employ you. Iowa State is the best gig you could get right now with your recent dismal track record. A major school president hiring you would be dumber than firing a 85-40 coach to hire a 5-19 one.
Your only success, Polesmoker, is putting the snake oil salesman hat on and hitting up ISU alumni for money by promising them this winning tradition. You have raised by more money but it just appears to be one big marketing scam and Wall Streetesk Ponzi scheme.
Iowa State football still sucks and now Iowa State basketball is in the dumps.
I will give you credit for only screwing people out of millions and not billions like Bernie Madoff.
Luckily, Chizik will be a good scapegoat to save your hide for a few more seasons and blame your own inefficiencies on others.
Never forget Pollarcock, Iowa is the HAWKEYE State. Welch Ave will ALWAYS suck compared to the Ped Mall. The Cyclown study body has come to grips with these facts, time for you to deal with it too, Dbag.
Black Heart Gold Pants breaks down the candidates for the Iowa State job and I think body paint dbag could win at least 6 games in 2 seasons at Lames College. No question he could out maneuver Hawkeye OC Ken O'Keefe for an upset victory, which usually marks the climax of the Cyclown football fan's existence.

Barry O Wants a College Football Playoff
President-Elect Barack Obama was interviewed on 60 minutes last night. Here is a funny exchange about his mother in law and the new future puppy that our county is obsessed over already.
Obama went on to reinforce his desire for a college football play off and I am positive greedy BCS college presidents chuckled to themselves because they have no intention of ever relinquishing their guaranteed money to fulfill the desires of college football fans. It makes too much sense.
I was unable to locate the video yet but here is the transcript.
KROFT:
I have one last question. As president of the United States, what can you do, or what do you plan to do, about getting a college football playoff for the national championship?
B. OBAMA: This is important. Look -- excuse me for a second.
B. OBAMA: I think any sensible person would say that, if you’ve got a bunch of teams who play throughout the season, and many of them have one loss or two losses, there’s no clear decisive winner, that we should be creating a playoff system.
Eight teams -- that would be three rounds to determine a national champion. It would add three extra weeks to the season. You could trim back on the regular season. I don’t know any serious fan of college football who has disagreed with me on this. So, I’m going to throw my weight around a little bit. I think it’s the right thing to do.

U Dub got Fd in the A
The BYU/Washington game last Saturday first caught my eye because of 20 hot sorority girls celebrating UDub's first TD. The game went back and forth with both team's crowds being really into the action. It appeared someone had spiked the BYU fans drinks with caffeine.
BYU scored late to go up a TD and Washington responded with a last second drive. Here is how the waning seconds played out.
God forbid 20 year olds would get excited after scoring a TD in front of thousands of screaming fans? I was complaining about this stupid rule after week one and it is unfortunate for both teams that there was not OT to settle this classic contest.
People can stick their rule book excuses up their ass because we all know this is a highly subjective call. There clearly was no taunting or excessive celebration but some trigger happy geezer ref looking to over officiate and thus, decide the outcome of the game.
My morning java has not kicked in so I am unable to go off on the NCAA right now sucking the fun out of the game and trying to turn their exploited college football athletes into drones.

YES SO FAST, MY FRIENDS!!

Busted Coverage breaks loose a solid pre season prediction, online magazine style by boasting the lovely Lindsay above is the clubhouse leader in their upcoming USC Song Girl of the Year for the 2008 college football season. No argument here and I can not wait to see/perv out the other contestants.
No wonder Carson Palmer hates Columbus when cheer poon like this is roaming the USC sidelines. I understand Suckeye fan is pissed because they line the pockets of their players at the same financial rate as USC but the Trojans still trump them in the hot poon department.
Oh, I just wanted an excuse to kick off posts about college football and poon too. The first Saturday waking up to college Game Day on the tube will be like Christmas morning as a little brat. I must be having serious football junkie withdrawls if I am actually requesting an ESPN program.
Yes So Fast, My Friends!!
- More hot pictures of Lindsay are at my dawg's site: Busted Coverage.
- Hook it up with a digg as well.
- Carson Palmer hates Saturday's in Ohio.

End of the BCS Show
Last night's BCS title game was why I did not want a Big 10 team in the championship. I know the conference is down and I do not need 8 more months of the media/fans reminding me.
Playing USC in LA or LSU in New Orleans is not what I call, "neutral" locations either. It would be great to see some warm weather teams come strap it up outside in single degree temps and see how it worked out for them.
The SEC was the best conference all season and LSU was their top team. They earned the crown.
If the Luckeyes had some WRs that could catch or a player who could block a punt, they might have had a chance. Bottom line is LSU dominated the line of scrimmage and thus, ball game.
Fox needs to stop covering these post season college games and for the love of god, STOP SHOWING THE BANDS! Whew, I feel better. The demographic viewing these games, men of all ages, love Poon and not frugly clarinet players. Who needs to be fired to make this happen?
Awful Announcing has the video of Jamarcus Russell's hideous sweater outfit last night. Russell is an absolute monster and I have no idea what he mumbled. Troy Smith had a great one liner crack on his attire.
College football anticlimactically ends with a THUD. March Madness and the NFL playoffs trample these crappy bowl contests.
Railing on the need for a college football playoff is similar to highlighting the disastrous policies of the inept George W Bush presidency. You reach a point where you just run out of motivation to keep beating the same dead horse over and over because nothing changes.
Anyway, I just found this video of LSU tiger fan busting his Bourbon Street cherry early, at age 3. Busted Coverage might have had this video but their server is down.

BCS Sucks
I can ramble on for 10 paragraphs on this topic but I see no need to continually highlight the obvious. BCS sucks as much the 30 minute drawn out FOX selection show that they had last night announcing the pairings for the BCS bowl games.
I am related to a college president in one of the major BCS conferences and I think it is time to fire him off an email to explain the rationale behind these college presidents continually endorsing such a crappy, inefficient way to determine a national champion.
I already know the reason the system continues to exist is to hoard the big pot of money for the Big 6 BCS conferences and protect the financial interests of the bowl CEOs/sponsors. As in most decisions or issues in our country, it is ALWAYS about the money.
Ohio State beat 2 average teams in Michigan and Penn State. As a Big 10 guy, I do not want to hear about how bad the Big 10 sucks for 8 months in case Ohio State gets rolled again. I watch the games every week and I know the conference sucks.
Mizzou should be playing in a BCS bowl game over KU, a team they just beat 2 weeks ago.
Georgia got screwed by the system because according to the rankings they should have been bumped up and instead they were penalized by not playing in conference title game. There needs to be a rule added that only conference champions can play in the national title game. My man at Hey Jenny Slater breaks this down quite well.
I love Colt Brennan and Hawaii but they would have 3 or 4 losses if it played in one of the BCS conferences. They did win all of their games and no big schools will play them so I guess they deserve a BCS shot. Boise State's win over OU last year helped their cause. However, no way they are one of the best 10 teams in the college football.
I keep hearing buzz about a SEC bias and I understand some of the logic for the argument. LSU, UF, UGA can play with any teams in America. I think it drops down a level after that to Auburn, Arkansas, Tennessee. The SEC definitely has more quality depth than most conferences but I do not think their tops teams are head and above everyone else.
The only way to settle the best conference argument is by bowl records and until then, they jury is still out.
LSU has 2 losses and gets to play in national title game. How are LSU's 2 losses more impressive than Va Tech, OU or USC? I know LSU smoked Va Tech way back in September and that seemed to propel them over the Hokies.
I think LSU is one of the most talented teams in America but if they get credit for 2 close OT losses then I feel they should get deducted for 3 of their other last second wins.(UF,Auburn,Bama)
I think LSU/OU is probably the match up for the national title game but honestly, does it even matter anymore?
I am not even making sense and my head is spinning from reneging on my promises not to ramble on.
Oh, only 35 days of hype until the BCS title game. I can not wait! UGH
I am sure ESPN will make us hate both teams by the 2nd week of December. DOUBLE UGH!
This hit should wake everyone up on a Munday morning.

Bad College Sucks?
I just found this hilarious Aqua Teen Hunger Force Video about the BCS and Eli Manning on With Leather. Oh, I want to add F You Elijah for throwing 3 picks for scores on Sunday against the Vikings. I was eliminated from the first round of my fantasy football playoffs because I lost to the team with Vikings D.
3 Fn Scores? I am still sick but at least I am not stuck being a Giants fan. Eli is not the answer, period. Time to put Fatty Jared Lorenzen in yet? NY media is about to have a field day if Eli continues to sail ducks on simple 15 yard in routes.

William Hung Sighting
My favorite part of watching American Idol, other than to see what words a blitzed Paula Abdul will mix up, is the beginning of the season where a large portion of the Idol wannabees suck big time.
It is high comedy, especially when they think that they are actually good or getting screwed by Simon. I do not even have any empathy at all for them because I can not sing a lick so why would I enter a televised singing contest?
The original poster boy for American Idol delusional stardom was William Hung. You remember, "She Bangs, She Bangs, She Moves, She Moves."
I am too lazy to research about Hung's current whereabouts over the past few years but I do remember him cashing in on his 15 minutes by recording an album.
Hung is back and check out this video of him singing at halftime of the California/Washington football game. Oh, Hung attended Cal and is sporting Washington gear while "performing" at Husky Stadium. Traitor.
I wonder what the Berkeley hippies in those trees think about this turn coat development? Riot starting on Telegraph Ave in 1, 2, 3.....
Just in case you needed your William Hung memory refreshed.
If people like Hung score hot poon in america, no wonder the world still hates us. Oh, those other 2 weird looking Idol rejects received a job covering the Super Bowl last year.
I rest my case.
Update: I guess Hung attended Cal but still very bush league.

Williams College was a Bad Choice

Before I use the writers strike as an excuse to continue my literary procrastination, I wanted to delve into ESPN Gameday's awful decision to air their show at Williams College last Saturday.
I have given Gameday several shout outs on the pages of Mac G’s World this fall and deservedly so. It is one of few things that ESPN continually does very well. Finding a blog who gives ESPN credit is as rare these days as spotting a Bush/Cheney bumper sticker or an authentic FEMA press conference.
Seriously, Williams College? WTF.
In week 11 of the D1 college football season as conference races are being decided and the national title picture is becoming just a tad bit clearer, Gameday chooses to visit a D3 match up of small elitist liberal arts schools in nowhereville Mass? HUH?
Did an ESPN producer or executive attend of one of these 2 schools? The puzzling decision is downright laughable when you say it out loud to a buddy.
Over the years, the Gameday crew have become like rock stars with their tremendous popularity growth. Their show almost becomes as big as the event they are there covering. Students wait in lines forever and come up with clever signs.
The whole college community buzzes at their arrival. It is must see TV before viewing your favorite college team every Saturday.
I thought the whole point of the traveling Gameday crew was to capture the enthusiasm and environment of big time college football. You know, those games that the overwhelming majority of college football fans actually follow and watch!
The Gameday crew did not earn their rise to fame and relevancy in the college football world by telling fans what a great game something was because fans already knew that and their appearance just added to the game day experience.
I understand Williams/Amherst is the longest rivalry game in D3 or some crap. Cool, Neat, Super! Go send Desmond Howard up there during the week to do some 5 minute video package like you did earlier this season of Chadron State’s Danny Woodhead breaking the all time NCAA all divison rushing record.
If ESPN was looking for a sentimental choice ala Va Tech on the opening week then they should have chosen to take their show to the Orange Bowl for its last game ever. Corso, Fowler, and Herbstreet all gushed on air about their first hand experiences at the OB.
Granted Miami was blown out but I think you understand my point. Any one of these games would have been solid picks: Illinois/Ohio St, Auburn/Georgia, Kansas/Okie State, USC/Cal. Anywhere but Williamstown Mass.
It is bad enough that ESPN censors their online content, allows Tony Kornhieser to babble on MNF broadcasts, refuses to link to sports blogs, down plays steroid use by one of their ex-jock radio hosts, provides a constant stream of irrelevant OJ trial updates but now they are attempting to ruin one of the few top notch critically acclaimed things that fans still enjoy on ESPN.
In summary, Williams College was a Bad Choice.
The Gameday crew will be in Ann Arbor for the Mich/Ohio State game and I am fine with that selection. I just do not want to view anymore D3 ESPN football coverage until their national title game pops up at some random time next month on the Deuce.
Here are some pictures from other Gamedays this season, courtesy of my boy Joe, aka Tree, aka dude with the coolest job ever, aka Corso’s mascot bitch.

Colt was CLOCKED
Hawaii QB Colt Brennan, a possible Heisman finalist and potential top pick in the 2008 NFL Draft, tied the All Time NCAA D1 record for career TD passes (121) in the Rainbows' game against Fresno State on Saturday. Brennan was looking to break the record when he was absolutely crushed by Fresno St DB Marcus Riley. He was knocked out with a concussion and his playing status for next week is up in the air.
Brennan has 3 games left to break the record and maybe lead his team to a BCS Bowl berth by running the table. I just hope he remembers that he is living on an Island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.
Thanks to Epic Carnival for the video tip.

Bank Robber Needs a Sitter
How did you spend your Wednesday afternoon? Well, Daniel Young could have used your help baby sitting. Young, an apparent Vols fan, robbed the bank inside a Knoxville Kroger grocery store WHILE holding his 2 year old.
He was arrested after being identified by video surveillance. He had a gun on him and outstanding warrants. Awesome.
No word yet on his opinion of Fulmer's job status or the Vol's leaky defense. Also, it is pure speculation to wonder if Young's desperate brazen need of quick cash was inspired by Tennessee Center Josh McNeil's impressive collection of ammo and coeds.

GO BULLS!
Not the Chicago ones, but the South Florida Bulls! The BCS rankings came out yesterday with Ohio St, South Florida, and Boston College claiming the top 3 spots. How many preseason mags, college football fans or talking heads predicted those 3 teams? Absolutely no one!
In honor of the South Florida Bulls being in the drivers seat for a BCS national title game, I have found some cool tailgating videos from USF's demolition of UCF on Saturday.
Poon Salsa Dancing makes me crave tequila and salt.

Crank Your Kneck, Crank Dat Soulja Boy
It has turned out to be video day here at Mac G's World but it was well worth it. A few weeks ago, a video of the Texas Longhorn football team dancing to "Crank that Soulja Boy" song exploded on the series of tubes. Well, I hope this video is a start of a parity outbreak amongst coeds because these FSU pooners got me watching them cranking it. NOW YUUUUAAA

The Power of the Poon
Black Poon Friday has come and gone. As Poon Hunters everywhere try to pick up the pieces, answers have been rolling in.
Poon Regulators have successfully mounted up in the important Saban poon investigation.
SEC Poon was shut down due to a request by Bama coach Saban or more than likely, his legal reps. A picture of his 15 year old niece was posted on the site. You can access the google cache on this link and the infamous picture was under the "Please Help!" Post from Monday, September 10.
The original post had a picture of 2 girl Bama fans, covered in red/white paint with coconut bras. The picture on the cache link now has Saban's niece cropped out and the title was changed to "We found her," singular, instead of the previous plural language.
The conclusion is that the creators of SEC Poon attempted to keep the site alive by deleting her picture, before the plug was eventually pulled on ALL of the Poon. Enter expletive against Saban's attorneys here______!!
I have recovered the picture but fear posting it or commenting on the niece's appearance. If God Saban has time to crush a popular harmless Poon blog, good ole little Mac G's World stands little defense to his team of high priced lawyers.
I am in discussions with some fellow poon lovers to keep the SEC Poon site alive. Please send any poon pix to macgsworld@gmail.com. Poon pix are welcome from all conferences, but SEC Pooners will still take top billing until proven otherwise.
The wounds of Black Poon Friday can only be healed by focusing on tailgating, college football and poon hunting. It's Gameday, BITCHES!
The message is clear: Do Not Underestimate the Power of the Poon.
UPDATE: The Poon of the SEC has been reborn. Check out the newbie site.
