Alex Ovechkin scored an unbelievable goal last night in the Caps OT victory over Montreal.  President Obama and Ovie are the two larger than life figures in the District of Columbia right now. The Caps are rollin.

Hockey Night in DC

I am headed to the Flyers/Caps game tonight at the Verizon Center in DC. I used to love the Avs when they had their rivalry with the Red Wings in the 90s. Playoff hockey is still highly entertaining but since ESPN would rather show Poker non stop, my interest has waned. Anyway, I do know that Don Cherry is awesome. Check out a few videos.
