"This is Called Waves"
Tracy Morgan’s interview on The Daily Show might be one of the funniest that I have ever seen on the show. Jon Stewart could not hold back his laughter and they didn’t even talk about Morgan’s movie. This clip makes my sides hurt even the 3rd and 4th time viewing it.
I love this quote by Morgan: “This is called waves man. I’m making em seasick out there. And Im 360, Hold on to your women. I can take your girl with my hair cut. At least that is how it is in my community. Somebody get pregnant. Cuz you know me Jon Stewart…. Im old school. I wont be pulling out. “

Blizzard Web Cam Dance
During the second blast of the historic DC blizzard last week, the Washington Post had a live web cam showing downtown streets at 15th and K St NW. My friend sent me along a video of a coworker, who put on a mascot head and performed a dance web cam show in white out conditions.

Joe Mauer Loves Him Some Chevy
A Minneapolis TV station reported today that Twins All Star catcher Joe Mauer was about to agree to a 10 year contract with the club. This imminent land mark decade long deal was soon refuted:
A major league source told FanHouse's Ed Price that the club is "pecking away" at an extension, and the feeling within the organization is that a deal will get done eventually, "but [it] will be a battle."
On semi-related news, the following video should help personalize Mauer and reaffirm his status as King of the Twin Cities. Oh, it is pretty damn funny too.
Chevy should sign Mauer to an ad deal pronto.

"Are Your Knees Too Creaky Clark?"
President Obama attended Georgetown's bitch slapping of Duke on Saturday afternoon at the Verizon Center. The President held his own during an in game interview with CBS announcing team Clark Kellogg and Verne Lundquist. My favorite part was Obama buttering up Kellogg with praise and then immediately talking trash. Check out the classic off the cuff stuff from Prez #44.

The Bad Luck of the Zards

I attended my first Wizards game of this 2009-10 stomach/cock punch season and the team actually gave a scrappy performance against the Dallas Mavericks, who are the Western Conference's 2nd best team.
In the final 30 seconds, Wizards' Mike Miller hit a 3 pointer and Brandon Haywood subsequently drew the above charge from Dirk. Wizards were down one with the ball and here is video of the game deciding play.
DOH! Caron Butler had his shot tossed by Shawn Marion!
Wizards head coach Flip Saunders was furious after the game because Butler did not run the play that was called. Truth About It has more details on Butler “Going Rogue.”
I was able to capture a funny video clip and fans love them some dance cam.
The Wizards dance team appears sexier from the upper levels than down below but let’s be honest, most of us would still hit it sober and especially, for the story.

"I'm in Miami, Bitch"

I am in Miami Beach for today's Orange Bowl. Iowa is looking to curb stomp those Yellow Gnats of Nerd Tech. Of course my luck, weather is unseasonably chilly and could be coldest the Orange Bowl ever.
Haws Poon was out in full force last night as the Iowa coeds were tearing up the dance floor at the Clevelander. I got some extra saucy videos to upload later.
My brain is fried and it is time to Tailgate.

SUUUUUUUUUUH!

Congratulations to bad ass Nebraska Defensive Lineman Ndamukong SUH for winning the Outland Trophy, Chuck Bednarik Award, Bronko Nagurski Award and the Vince Lombardi/Rotary Award.
The more impressive accomplishment was breaking through the offensive player bias barrier and securing an invite to the Heisman Trophy presentation.
According the site Stiff Arm Trophy, Suh, Mark Ingram and Toby Gerhart are separated by a few points to win the prestigious trophy.
I want to pat myself on the back for pounding the SUH for Heisman trophy meme on Twitter for over 3 months and looks like my hard work paid off.
Well, Suh bitch slapping Texas Oline and tossing QB Dolt McCoy around like a rag doll may have helped Suh's cause as well. :)
Congratulations Suh, you led your offensively inept Nebraska team to a FG away from a Big 12 championship and you deserve every honor thrown your way.

VY Resurrected
Sunday's NFL games were pretty blah but the most riveting finish was watching Vince Young leading the Titans on a 99 yard game winning drive over the Cardinals. Here is a video recap of the clutch drive.
I ran into Young at a casino in New Orleans last April while there for my buddies bachelor party over Jazz Fest Musical festival. I was wearing Iowa Hawkeye beads that I just purchased on Bourbon Street and I yelled "Sup VY." Young instantly noticed my Hawkeyes paraphernalia and told me that his boy is former Iowa QB Drew Tate. They both hail from Texas.
VY was very engaging to some random drunk white guy like myself when he really did not not need to be at all. I came away with a positive experience in our brief encounter and I hate the Texas Longhorns too.

Throwing the football around with NFL stars Drew Brees, DeMarcus Ware, and Troy Polamalu along with President Obama on the South Lawn is pretty damn cool.
The Prez even grabs a smooth pick from Brees and he should have bowed afterwards in celebration just to set Fox News into a frenzy.
